It is called Morton's or Greek foot. Twenty-two percent of the population have this type of foot shape. More stress is put through the second toe rather than the first which can lead to decreased mobility of the first toe. People with this type of foot have difficulty fitting into different types of footwear such as skates or ski boots).

Morton's toe. I have it... It runs in your genes (like diarrhea) But did you know that there are people out there that have the big and second toe connected, as in webbed? I have a friend like that.
