It would be to their benefit to take them to a vet and have them care for the pups.. You will need to feed these pups every 2 hours through day and night. Unless you have help I do not recommend you trying to do this.

But here is the formula I use:
You can get the tube from the vet. You can try this in a puppy baby bottle first but this can take a very long time and tube feeding is quicker and better.

~~I cup goats milk, two egg yolks ( protein), tsp corn oil, large squirt or two of nutridrops. tsp karo syrup, whirl in blender, dont feed right away as it's full of air. Let settle. Put in fridge.

take out small amount, put in microwave in a tiny plastic measuring cup.. 15 cc ( three tsp), heat for 9-11 seconds..attach french feeding tube to a small syrings..pull up three cc...put the feeding tube in boiling water each time before I use it to soften it so it doesnt injure pup going down...(just the end)

measure the feeding tube from the mouth down to the base of ribs, make a black mark on it with majic marker...when you insert the feeding tube, push straight down the mouth and into throat...if it wont' swallow, press the plunger such a tiny bit so the teensiest bit of liquid comes out and the pup has to swallow..(dont force it)..

then push the plunger steadily and all the formula will be in the stomach..Feed pup while on his tummy..~~

Any store that carries dog food usually carries Milk Replacer. While at the store, buy baby bottle with premie nipples. They will need to eat every 2 hrs. Call an emergency vet (usually only open after hours) for guidance as to how much they should eat. And get them into the vet first thing in the morning. If you know what time they open, be there when they open. Don't wait to make an appointment....they won't refuse to see you!

Your veterinarian should have a formula for you. It's similar to baby formula, but for dogs. You will have to bottle feed them and be there for them every couple of hours, and provide a warm bed with a heating pad or hot water bottle. It's tough work, my brother did it for kittens and only one survived, but he was a great cat so it's well worth it.

you should take them to the vet and make sure that they are ok and dont need any special treatment since they are so little and you found them, have the vet also recommend a suppliment for them. good luck.
