I find that Emergen-C, the vitamin C supplement for fighting colds, actually give you a little boost of energy.

Try this as well:
Buy Acai from your health food store and put into a blender bananas and as many berries as you can get your hands on and Acai. Not bouncing off the wall energy but it clears the brain and gets you ready for your day.

Also, completely cut out caffeine from your diet and within a few weeks you won't feel that you need "energy", your energy stays stable throughout the day.

Try Power Ade or Gatorade. They give you a lot of energy and keep you hydrated.
