I lived on a Pacific Island for a number of years. The locals would say all sorts of things to the white people, nasty racist things and we are supposed to laugh at it.

True, I was once overhearing a conversation between a group of black lads about how they hate white guys, but love to f*ck white girls! I thought they were so rude, imagine if a white person said something like that! I do believe Britain (that's where I am anyway) should start sticking up for it's own, and start telling people you know, when in Rome, you do as the Romans do.

I agree with your initial question, not sure what your are discussing farther down. I strongly believe racism is accepted and protected (or what "some" people perceive as racism) with cultures that are not white.
I see it all the time and only an idiot could be blind to it. BET is allowed, but no way would there be a WET. There has to be a totally separate History class for black people--why??? We are all part of the history of this country and all things pertaining to Black's and White's plight and triumph is taught in regular American history (we all live here together you know). Why don't white people have a class that just teaches about their plights and trials? There will come a time when people will put their foot down and start suing for slander.
