Well now! You've asked The Big Question haven't you? To figure out if there is really any such thing as good or evil among humans, you would have to have some kind of objective criteria about what is good and what isn't. It is obviously of NO VALUE WHATSOEVER to have invisible criteria about good and evil, such as a religious doctrine or a set of holy words and sacred names.
I define good as that which supports life and evil as that which disregards, disrespects and wastes life.
But I'm a dreamer.
In reality, no person is all good or all bad. We all live moment-to-moment. We can all make better or worse decisions in each moment of life. Of the two, it is easier to decide not to be nice to anyone at any time. It's much less risky, much more self-serving, much more greedy, much weaker to be evil. It's much harder and more personally risky to be nice. Being generous means being strong enough to share.
I doubt that it ever does any good to try to say that any other person is a good person or a bad person. I mean, what would you be trying to decide? To help good people and kill bad people? What kind of way is that to run a world? Someone could act badly today and then do something really good tomorrow. No, I said that wrong. I might not live up to your standards today, but tomorrow, I might do something that you'll really like.
So how about it: am I good or not?

evildoers do not consider themselves to be good.
they consider themselves to be right, and only care about domination and power over others.
You have to look at it from the outside. obviously someone who kills someone else does not think they are good, but they think that what they did had to be done.
however a poor single mother who donates $50 to a homeless shelter over Christmas so the shelter can keep their electricity going may not believe she is right in doing this, especially now that her child will have to settle with new socks for a christmas present.
that is the difference. Good wants to help others. Evil does not care about others.

It is all within the eye of the beholder. There is nothing deffinate in the world. Nothing. What you beleive is good, is good, though only in your world, maybe not in someone elses. What you beleive is evil, is evil, though only in your world, maybe not someone elses. This is why we can't all dress the same, act the same, or even think the same, because as living organisms we are given personalities. This is why the concept of god and satan does not work. Nothing is all good, and nothing is all evil. If the dieties were real, each person would have their own, of everything that they beleive is good and evil.

They will be known by their fruits. In other words, you will know who is good by the good things they do as opposed to evil or bad people who may cause harm to others or serve themselves in such a way that it brings harm to another.

if u can understand LIFE and DEATH
White and Black (nothing to do with race here)
GOD and Satan
GOOD and Evil
***********************
Evil never really thinks it is good--it will lean to things NOT good--now if youlook at evil as it really is--it is death or that which causes death--all that causes death comes from evil
Satan wants you dead
on the other hand
Good and God and LIFE and creation of Life and the continuation of LIFE the support of LIFE the healing of the body and mind and soul--the killing of that which casues death--this is all on the side of GOOD
who wants you to live? who wants you to live happy? who wants you to enjoy life and be a help in that which causes joy and life in the lives of others?--all this is GOD or GOOD
who wants you to kill?( yourself, other people) hurt or harm others?. who wants you to destroy or rob or steal or massacre or obliterate life in any form? who hates LIFE?????
these things come from evil and evil hates all that is good--good in you and good in others--it trys to change you to be what IT wants you to be and to go about causes the death of all that is GOOD and LIFE.
**************
LOVE is GOOD
it promotes that which is LIFE
God is LOVE
He IS that which is LIFE
**********
evil always knows it is evil--it knows how to fool GOOD into thinking it is also GOOD--unfortunately--that is why we often think--oh this is good where as it is truly NOT.
but GOD is never fooled---
remember--God wants you to LIVE
Satan wants you DEAD
************
is it all black and white????? i say yes. look carefully and you will see that all things are either one or the other.

All humans are prone to sin (lie, steal, cheat, adultery, etc). To be human and say you've never done any of those things at least once is to be a stone cold liar. That is why you need Jesus.

God is Good, and Satan is evil. Satan comes across as good to the world where as God comes across to the world as evil- so you see it is backwards to them...but those who are saved in Jesus Christ know that God holds the truth and has the victory in the end- Satan uses good to lure people in, but he destroys them in the end....
1 Corinthians 1:18
[ Christ the Wisdom and Power of God ] For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God.
-God is HOLY, PURE and PERFECT. There is no wrong in Him nor sin.

Evil is good, good is evil.
Example one: The animal must be killed(evil) so we can eat(good).
Example two: We must vote (good) for polititions(bad).
Since both extremes of good and evil were created from beginingless space, there is no absolute good or evil.

There a few clearcut cases where I know for sure: torturing children, genocide, etc. But in most cases we have to admit we're not sure and do the best we can.
