Possibly the first guy was threatened by the second guy. Or maybe, the first guy doesn't want to let on to the second guy that the first guy likes you, because then the second guy will want you because he's a pervert and a girlfriend thief. Or, maybe the second guy told the first guy he has first dibs and to keep away. You've got a lot to think about. Basically, it's your choice in the longrun.

The trouble maker is just that, big trouble. He has made himself the alpha male and is so unpredictable that your normal guy doesn't want to let on who he likes. The alpha idiot would most probably try to take over any new girl that shows anyone attention besides him. He is truly an egomaniac and if the normal guy is starting to talk to you maybe he needs more time to determine if your relationship is going anywhere first. Perhaps he also needs to see that you are a personal capable of trust and loyalty.

It sounds like they both like you and there may be a little competition between friends. They are friends, but both interested in the same girl, can make people act differently. Good Luck. The second guy might not be so bad either. Sometimes those kind will act differently when they aren't around others and you might like that person better.

It does sound like the first one likes you, but as to why he's ignoring you, well, I could be a lot of things. If he can't tell his friend to back off then I wouldn't try to force his attention, but then again maybe occasionally saying hi will remind him that you still 'think of him', maybe...
There was this guy who would talk to me, but then he would stop when ever a certain group of people would walk by. and after a while started to ignore me, but i would still catch him watching me from time to time. So, every time I would walk passed him in the hall I would say "hi trent" and keep walking. after a while he started talking to me again no matter who came around.
I would say away from the second one, if he can't be nice all the time then he needs to stop trippin and mind his own.

then obviously his friend threatened him or something. but i don't really understand what type of answer you want and i don't really know why you care...do you like the first guy? if you do..then you should try sitting next to him and see what happens. and try to give that second guy some bad looks so he doesn't look at you anymore so he'll get the idea that you're not interested in him. if you don't like the guy..then i don't see why you really care. so i'm pretty sure that this guy got threatened if he only acts this way to you and not to hif friends...for sure.

I think the first guy does like you but like you said, his buddy is a bad a$$ and he probably is intimated by his friend so my advice to you is get the first guy alone for a hour or two and tell him how you feel about him and ask him how he feels about you. if you two feel the same way for each other then the two of you together should tell the so called bad a$$ that you two would appreciate it if he would stop trying to come between you two. if he is a true friend to the first guy he will do it, if not distance you're selves from him and be happy. Good luck!

We will call the first guy #1 and the second #2(how fitting) They both may very well like you. If you don't like #2, don't give him the time of day. #1 sounds like he might be intimidated. YOU are the one that will choose who you date, NOT #2. My guess is that 1 does not want 2 to know about him liking you. But, as long as you make yourself perfectly clear, things should be fine.

WOW. I think his friend influences the actions of this guy if u know what i mean lol. Who knows.. I have some friends that I would DEFINITELY not tell them who i like.. he probably doesn't want him to know that he likes you.. But yeah I don't think that changes the nice guy's feelings for you at all.. its just an element there with the meanie.. probably their friendship isn't the best.

be up front with the guy you like, if he lets his loser friend get in the way its his loss, right? let the loser know that you are totally not interested- roll your eyes at him or give him a dirty look.
