You can try www.sparkpeople.com
It is a healthy way to lose weight.
You type in how much you want to lose and by when etc...and they plan out your meals so you can achieve your goal. They have a calorie counter and everything. Plus they give you a fitness plan according to what type of exercising you like to do. The exercises can be done at home like dumbells, resistance bands & ball. You can also choose from walking, jogging,or a home video. There's many different options. It's like having a nutritionist and it is free. You also have support from the members. A real neat site. I'm quite impressed.
Enjoy!

God Bless!

My sister is 30 and does weight watchers. She lost an incredible amount of weight with the program...she was at one point losing a pound every couple of days! I tried this program (am 24) and it didn't work for me. It's too restrictive and I rebelled! No matter how old you are, you'll have to exercise and eat less and eat healthier. It's just a depressing fact about weight loss. Join a gym and walk on the tred mill or eliptical or buy an aerobics video for at home. I recommend Tae Bo because you can start by doing on part of the video and work your way from there. Richard Simmons is good for beginners who are in no shape for jumping and twisting. These two have been the most helpful for me in my missions to lose weight and keep it off. I've lost 100 pounds since I was 15 years old (the old fashioned way). Eat less. Move more. That's the key. It happens slow. Let it happen slow. It stays off that way. Good Luck and it's ok to fail, just don't give up.

Take care of yourself! It's very easy to neglect your own health when you have a child and a busy life. First be sure to get 7-8 hours of good solid sleep every night. Second, eat three nutrious meals every day (lots of vegetables, fruits). Take a multi-vitamin too. Third, get some form of physical exercise at least 3 times a week. This can be just a half-hour brisk walk at lunchtime or buy an exercise video and just dance around the living room with your kid. Last, schedule a nice relaxing vacation once or more a year. It is really important to get away from everything and just spend a week doing nothing but sitting on beach or hiking in the mountains. Whatever you can afford, just try and get away once in awhile.
