No, oral sex never counted as losing your virginity. You actually have to have penetration for you not to be considered a virgin. However, being a virgin isn't a bad thing.

That all depends on what you believe. Do you believe any form of sex (oral, anal) is losing your virginity? If not then you haven't lost your virginity.

technically, virginity is lost when intercourse occures (i.e. erect penis in the vagina). oral sex is very intimate, but not technically sexual intercourse..
but be careful, you can stil get sexual diseases from oral sex.. and gee, 13 is way too young for that.
