We spend all day at work flirting over email and occasionally run into each other and stop to chat and get a good laugh in. He has a live in girlfriend, but he tells everyone she is boring and he never brings her out when we all hang out. Just don't want to be "the *****"

Ooo very bad.. flirting with a taken guy is just wrong. Once he's single again, then flirting wouldn't be bad. But the in-betweeness has to stop! I mean he tells everyone else that his g/f sucks, but does he tell her? He could very well be lying. If he wasn't happy, wouldn't he break up with her by now? This guy doesn't know what he wants.

Well, as long as you don't mind being his side action, then you won't personally have a problem. If not, then tone the flirting down just a bit and don't get too involved or wrapped up in it.

i imagine it somewhat relies upon on the guy in question. you're saying he's your pal, properly use your understanding of his personality to opt for in what way you could flirt perfect. in case you opt for to "declare" that you want him without somewhat affirming it, be slightly obvious so he's confident. i ought to signify utilising prolonged eye contact, and make "unnecessary" actual contact (not in a unusual way XD), yet adequate for him to guage you larger on those words. also, the perfect way you talk to him is needed, as is the way he speaks to you, from which in case you study the signs and warning signs, you could tell a lot. pay interest to him, you need to be attracted to what he's affirming, and respond to him with questions and what you comprehend. although, you should get bare.
