Notorious B.IG. - Dead Wrong
Sample verse:
When I get dusted, I like to spread the blood like mustard
Trust it, my hardcore rain leaves you rusted
Move over Lucifer, I'm more ruthless, huh
Leave your toothless, you'll kibbitz, I'll flip it
Tears don't affect me, I hit 'em with the tech G
Disrespect me - my potency is deadly
I'm shootin babies, no ifs ands or maybes
Hit mummy in the tummy if the hooker plays a dummy
Slit the wrist of little sis
After she sucked the dick, I stabbed her brother with the icepick
because he wanted me to **** him from the back
but Smalls don't get down like that
Got your father hidin' in a room, fucked him with the broom
Slit him down the back and threw salt in the wound
Who you think you're dealin with?
Anybody step into my path is fuckin' feelin it!
Hardcore, I got it sucked like a *****
Stab ya til you're gushy, so please...don't push me
I'm using rubbers so they won't trace the semen
The black demon, got the little hookers screamin'
Because you know I love it young, fresh and green
with no hair in between, know what I mean?
Those are the words of a Barbarian & savage culture!
the writer wants to have sex with underage girls. what a nonce!

Maybe a very small percentage of the population are into rap music in England but what about the effect of the Beatles on your country in the 60's or the new wave of British heavy metal in the 70's and 80's and also Eric Clapton and other British blues bands getting the white population into the blues, which ironically had already been there for years in the black communities of America. Don't go throwing sh*t around without knowing your history!

We don't have 'hoods' over here just deprived communities. Yes some young people over here (black and white) are buying into that 'gangsta' thing at the moment. They are not copying Americas poor communities, whether Black, White or Asian, they are simply influenced by the music which is not all black (you forgot Eminem?) or all American. Its not any different to when they were influence by punk, new romantics or any other - its one of the things of the time.
Don't try and flatter yourself - the UK very rarely finds anything about the US that is wishes to copy.

I know what you mean. It's not a racist comment, it's a fair observation. There was a similar culture like this back in my home town. My biggest pet hate was, and still is, when white men call each other 'b!tch'. It sounds bloody ridiculous. I was on the bus one night and I over heard some young 14 year old claim that (and I quote) "yeah, you're really in the ghetto when you come to my 'hood". What a c0ck! Don't even get me started on rap music either!! These dumb little boys playing gangsta wannabes end up just sitting around getting stoned or something equally as dumb. They're not hard @rses, they're just bored and want to look tough even though they're not capable of acting it. I have no time for these losers whatsoever. You'll also find that most of these British 50 cent wannabes think like they live in the slums in LA or New York but live in sleepy little towns by the seaside. Also, why do these boys wear belts with their jeans only to still insist on wearing them half way down their @rses?

Good Question and why because it opens the doors to many answers:
1) Its easy to see the difference in and amongst people that are different so its easy to say why are the blacks like this and that so to answer this its simple...anything american is influential in england and the rest of the world because of their affluence.
2) Its not just black kids but white kids too and any kid for that matter, but wearing an attire is simply due to social conditioning, ie if youre friends and community listen and act that way would you act differently and begin to read shakespear? So its not a child's fault, its the PR behind the groups and money makers that popularise such things
3) White and non-blacks are influenced too such as eminem in his own country, however everyone influences everyone else, such that in the 60's white took on avurvedic influences of meditation and reptition of Aum also a hindu effect too and whites also were influenced by other whites such as German's in their superior engineering (mercedes and BMW) and so forth.
4) Every ethnic minority will form a community, call it a hood or anything, and most non-white minorities come from or came from 3rd world countries so creating deprived communities is expected isnt it, and had they been affluent theyd still create communities, such as greenwich village in New York, but of a more refined or superior nature due to their own affluent background, ie you bring what you can with you and try to make it in another country under another set of rules
Finally everyone is influenced by America, such as india and china and africa and britain alike....any wealthy nation in history is looked upon being superior, either because of its wealth or ability to develop faster be it in music or fashion. BUT america is also influenced by the brits too...they also have boy bands like the beatles, for example. Your vision is correct but needs broading.
Hope that helps x

people who see a undesirable egg act up and then blame an entire gender of a race for the habit of a definite few at the instant are not worth some time. keep your head up and act like a woman. The ignorant ones around you will see which you at the instant are not the stereotype. basically ignore approximately most of the stupid racist questions approximately black women people stereotypes that the trolls placed on here.

Not only in British kids believe me. Even a lot American kids. I gotta tell you that many American kids, regardless their ethical backgrounds (Caucasian, Chinese, Hispanic, etc) act if they were from the "hood." I guess is all the sports and types music that is coming from the African-American community. But it's just a childish behaviour, they eventually will grow out of it. Same goes for a lot of 12 years old girls wearing 5 inches thick of make up. You see them at the mall (wtih all the make up) and you just want to get their head under the nearest water fountain.

You have once again taken hold of the `wrong end of the stick`. Brits do not copy Americans anymore than they copy the Canadians or the Japanese of the French or the Chinese and vice-versa. "fashion" is copied by every teenager in the world, a word on a t-shirt may not be understood by the person wearing it, but he wears it because all the other kids of his age are doing just that.If people live in filthy slums in your country or America or England, that is up to them. I am sure they do not live there from choice. Why don`t you try helping them, instead of wasting your time trying to ask "smart a*** " questions on here when you obviously are copying from a book, and do not have enough knowledge of English to take part on this web site.

Sorry bab that aint irony. And most kids like that in my experience live in mixed race environments and have grown up listening to black/white music. Don't hold it against them just cause they choose the better music of their generation.
Most hoods pick up the common identity of their community which is a mixture of black/white/asian.
What about white guys that grow up in mostly black ghettos in america. Are they just stealing their identity too?

Yes it is ironic and embarrassing. They forget that they are white and have a funny little walk too.
Another irony I that I noticed, when I get on the bus black youths fight to sit at the back, however go back 50 years and they were campaigning against it. It is such a mixed up world in which we live!!!
