My bum bum crack is really red and sore,and it itches.....could i have a tumor or something,Am i going to be admitted to the ER?

umm for this you should really see professional help like a doctor you should seek medical attention for this until try putting some lotion to stop the itching because the more you itch the worst it will get :)

You don't have a tumor, because you could feel a bump and it tumors don't break out in rashes.
You most likely have a rash. Buy Cortizone Ointment and see how that works. If it doesn't seek medical attention....I sound like a commercial. Sorry. But good luck!
