Has anyone experienced any problems while using Indocin (Indomethacin)?

Question

I just started taking indomethacin for the treatment of Chronic Paroxysmal Hemicrania - CPH and it details stomach problems as a heavy side effect. I'm just wondering the magnitude of these problems, others and overall effectiveness of this medication.
