You gotta put a stop to it before you end up hating the guy and being a lot more rude than you want to be! I had a guy that used to do that to me and I tried pretending I didn't hear him calling me and just walked quicker - it didn't work. I tried being short with him - that didn't work either. You can try anything you like, but unless you actually tell him it's not going to work! If you don't want to do it yourself you could get one of your friends to say something to him so then he's not embarrased that it's come from you. The sooner you can get him to cut it back to a normal level then the more likely you're not going to resent him. Maybe when he's walking you in the opposite direction to his class would be a good time to say something to him in a light hearted way. If you can cut back on the times when he's being a pain in the **** then the other times won't seem so bad. You could always take the easy way out and start telling him how hot this other guy is... Eventually he'll get sick of it! Good luck! :)

Cheesy,

Try telling him that this is drawing a lot of attention from others and that makes you uncomfortable and then ask him to stop for the good of both of you. You don't want either of you to get a "bad reputation".
