A lot is all you need to know. There are so many denominations in Christianity and there are a bunch of different versions of religions everywhere really. Its just a lot and you'll never get all of them just warning you.

About 10,000. I was watching C-Span once, and there was a Professor of Relgious Studies from Princeton giving a lecture. That is the number he cited. I had always been curious to know the correct number, also.

There are 2 religions in the world. The religion of Cain and the religion of Abel.
One relies on the works of its hands and produces self-righteous murderers
The other relies on blood atonement and produces martyrs.
