Carrot sticks with hummous

Nuts and dried fruit

Low fat sugarless yoghurt

Fresh fruit

But if you really love snacking all day, you'd better take a nice long walk on your lunch break - even healthy snacks have calories!

Get yourself a little 12-volt cooler and the AC adaptor for it, and plug it in near your desk. They cool down to nearly 40 degrees below ambient temperature, so you can keep just about anything in them. They run almost silently and can be no bigger than a small TV set (18 quarts) or as big as a big TV set (36 quarts). They will also heat, up to 155 degrees inside the cooler, if you turn the plug over and plug it into the jack on the cooler the other way around. I used one in my truck when I was a long-haul trucker for years. The big ones only cost about a hundred bucks and spare parts are available to keep them running. Igloo and Coleman make them in several sizes.

Pick up a bag of sugar-free hard candies next time you are at the supermarket. Keep some in a drawer or in your pocket so they are always handy when you need a snack!

twinkies, popcorn, ice cream bites, M&Ms, fritos, ...honey, it ain't gonna work; I have 100-calorie pkgs of cookies, rice cakes, popcorn cakes...low-fat and no-fat...and it ALL adds up. Better to just have a small snack till lunchtime, and then dinner. Otherwise, you'll end up eating all day. Do not start off this way. It's a bad habit to break! Good Luck!
