I'm curious as to where in the bible it says all these suggestions are the 11th commandment.

So my answer is there is no 11th commandment. Loving your neighbor as yourself and loving god and your neighbor are not commands from Jesus.

Jesus didn't command us to do anything. He's giving us a choice/advice that may be easy or tough to make that will serve the ultimate good.

the 11th commandment made by Jesus is this love your neighbor as you would love yourself and do unto to others as you would have them do unto you. meaning you reap what you sow if you treat others with love and kindness, fairness you are suppose to get treated the same by loving others as you love yourself and treating them like you want to be treated you are fulfilling and keeping all the ten orginal commandments. jesus summed them into that as he came to fulfill the laws and not destroy them.
