is there much difference between ( 1920 x 1080 pixels) or(1366 x 768 pixels??? or do i need not care???

That depends on two factors: how big is the screen, and how close to it are your eyes. For TV of 32" or less, there is not much difference between 1080 and 768 line pictures, unless you sit very close. The larger the screen, the more important the pixel count becomes. For set 50" or larger, 1080 lines will definitely be noticeable, since you are apt to be able to see individual pixels if you sit close to the TV. You do not want that to happen.

with the 1920 x 1080 your tv is capible of do a 1080 signal so its better

Depends on your eyes, some people says they can see the different, but not for me. But logically 1080 should be better.
