A mini get away for the 2 of you. Set up some kinda romantic day trip for you two, wine tasting, fun activities.... whatever romantic activities you two enjoy together! Make her feel like a queen for a day. You can give her an itinerary of all the activities, and descriptions of where you are going.

buy her a picture album where the front of it looks like a picture frame and put a pic of you and her in the front of it. You can put in some other pics, but be sure to leave some of the pages blank and tell her it's for the pictures that you guys take in the future.
