Sounds a little like a take off on the parable in the Bible where the land owner left money with his servants and went on a trip. When he returned he called them all together and asked them to account for what they had done with the money he gave them.

That is one thing a Minister would not do ,is give any money back .He has jet payments ,mortgage on mansion, payments on summer homes ,salaries to himself ,wife and all his kids .

My church has annual congregational meetings and they tell everyone how their money is used. And you can also say where you would like them to use you money.
