when i go for a walk, as soon as i start to warm up, my legs start to itch slightly, then it gets more intense, then it gets to the point where i need to stop walking.

Please help, thank you

Are you cold? It happens to me, to a lesser degree when it's cold outside. If yes, wear more layers.

Rub Vaseline into the skin before walking. And wear more clothes like um thermal underwear underneath your workout clothes..

lotion, you skin gets dry in the cold and when you start to sweat even a little bit it makes you itchy. It's a common thing to happen.

it might be dry skin, try some lotion. also, try wearing pants. that might help. you could be allergic to something. my friend is allergic to grass and whenever she walks in it, her legs start to itch really bad. that's doubtful though. try just wearing some lotion.

I have the same problem, I find it I really moisturise well it wil help and I have also found baby oil to be good.
