Being a european girl in Buenos Aires dancing tango I'm wondering why all the local guys think I came there fore them!! It's crazy! I'm not joking, they really thing that's they reason us girls are here! I'm really interested in hearing the views of other girls who have visited Bs. As. . Did you get this full on attitude from the locals? I have to say, they are really friendly and very well manered and that's so welcome but I don't know why they assume we all want to get romantic with them. You know some of us have boyfriends or husbands or are just in love with the dancing. Hey, guys opinions are also very welcome! Thanks!

What the heck is a tangueros? and the bars there don't sound a bit different than the ones here in the USA,,,,,a bunch of drunk guys looking for fun..... if you are dancing sexy dances with them,,,,duh,,they are going to act like a guy and hit on you. So stick to sitting with and dancing with your boyfriend or husband, and they will move onto greener pastures, or more responsive girls.

Unfortunatly they see themselves as the best looking and the most understanding of the male race. Granted they are good horseman, But in my opinion I find the American Indian and the Arab race are the best in the world for style and horesmanship.
Try and tell them they are not the best horseman and they get upset.

people on vacation are always going to act less inhibited(easier sexually) than they would in real life. maybe the guys your with are preying on tourists and the real men in that area are not at all the trendy places you are visiting.
