He's been working out but stopped and now he started again and I am soooo tired that I can't keep up with him anymore...I try to keep up and give up...I usually have a lot of energy but this dude keeps my blood running! What should I do to keep up? I love to dance but he doesn't...so I dance crazy while he works out...We make each other exhusted and laugh a lot...is this right?

That sounds like a bunch of fun :)
It's good that you are both working out together, but in your own ways. My boyfriend and I used to work out together too (he has way more energy and stamina than me), but our schedules don't allow us the time to work out together anymore....actually I've completely stopped....So I think it's great you both are keeping it up! I think what you're doing is just fine. I know I gave up on keeping up!

Sounds great! As long as you both are enjoying yourselves and having fun go with it. If it's affecting other areas (school, work, etc.), you might want to cut back. Otherwise a good workout is a good workout. ;-)
