for girls and guys...and be really honest here...when you meet someone and so on...does it matter to you what they do for a living, how much money they have...whether they can support you or themselves...???...;0)
to me it doesnt...i am so impractical it doesnt bear thinking about it...things like money dont even make logical sense in my head,lol...i put my money where my mouth is...i have lived a self sufficient life keeping my own animals for food, growing my own fruit, veg, herbs, making my own food, wine, beer, remedies from what i grew and kept...copiced our own trees, collected my own firewood etc...i didnt have a happy relationship then but now i miss the life style more than the relationship...i would rather live that way than have money for everything i could buy...just enough cash for the few things that you need or wanted as a treat...but money really has no bearing for me...i hate living a life where it does...how about you...is money in a partner essential...???

Arew you Felicity Kendel in the good life? See is/was hot. While money per say doesn't matter, peoples reactions to it do. I've been luckly in life and have enough to have a good standard of living and not really have to worry about whether I have enough. This has come between me and some ex's as they think that I should spend it all on them. I'm not tight, I do buy presents and take them out etc but end of the day I expect them to have their own money rather than just bludge off me.

I always think of it like this, If you love the person then you could be happy no matter what, even living in a cardboard box, lol. Sure money helps, but that's the wrong reason to like someone. It's nice to know if the person your with does have a job and is not a total bum, but you can't take it with you when you go..a lot of marriage's end up in divorce because of money issues.

I need a guy who is cultured and has a sense of adventure. Materialistic guys tend to be shallow and really boring. I will make money, I would hate to be supported by a guy. However if a guy ticked all the boxes and was rich as well, its hardly a bad thing.

For me..money is not everything but i would want to have relationship with someone who's financially independent. I can earn my way but would hate to support someone who's either too lazy or incapable to earn his living. I am quite ambitious and money does give me a drive to work harder...i treat money as a reward of your hardwork

Fun and compatibility is the most important thing to me- i can get my own money- or i would have loads of rich husband's i'd divorced by now. No never money with me- wouldn't want a man to think he could buy or control me with money.

im sorry to say, but it is hugely important to me. i mean its probably cos i dont have a friggin penny at the moment and im not happy in any other aspect of my life either so the only thing that gives me hapiness momentarily is buying stuff! lol! I always thought if the guy doesnt have money then it doesnt matter as long as he loves me...but when you get older money does help..some people just become lazy and dont have any ambition..money helps big time.

you Americans are doing very well...in fact 90% of you population is obese...enjoy that life that is how it is in this world. the strong rules & the weak starve...
OR there is another option...
try to live like an african for once see how it feels to starve or have NONE..(blieve me you'll achieve enlightenment after)
or live on a third world country, see your family have nothing & cannot put your kids to school or must go work to middle east to find work, away from your home & family for years just to have ENOUGH(not more)....
lady, you're on the right tract but your living amongst the quagmire...
