maybe he isn't into you. but if you still are interested and bold enough why don't you approach him introduce yourself and see what happens. if his reaction is cool then go for it but if his attitude is stank and he brushes you off then stay cool and keep it moving. there is someone for everyone so relax you'll find yours.
