trigeminal neuralgia during pregnancy?

Im wondering if there is anyone out there who has had trigeminal neuralgia before and how they delt with it during their pregnancy? Im 30 and in my 3rd trimester and wanting to know if im alone.

it must be a painful thing to have specially when all effective medicines are harmful for the fetus. The surgical procdures are probably not worth the risk if TN medications are safe in breast feeding, do ask your doctor if you can use some pills after delivery, good luck
