please help!? middle school trouble...?

Question

okay, so tomorrow first trimester ends, and we get a new schedule.
usually the schedules dont change much, so im not expecting mine to make any drastic changes.
the problem is, my crush's (who is sorta my friend too) schedule isnt changing either...
and, well, i'm in Concert Band for music, and there's this advanced group called Wind Ensemble. I wanna audition for Wind Ensemble, but if i do, the only class i have with my crush will be changed with another class.
I really like my crush, and I'd always thought of this one class as a chance to get to know him.
But if I switch to Wind Ensemble, i might never even talk to him again....
what should i do?

actually, i dont even have to audition.
the band teacher asked me to go to wind ensemble, so there's no "maybe" about it.
i say, "yes", and just like that, i get whipped into wind ensemble.

thats cute. in middle school i was like that, you should go for it. in hs i picked classes that had my crushes in it now i dont like them and im stuck taking basic electricity.(ew) youll still see him in the halls most middle middle schools arent that big. and the higher music group your in folows you to the hs. i wish i knew that earlier..have fun in wind ensemble. what do you play

You should take the opportunity to go to wind ensemble. You should make an effort to talk to this guy outside of class- like at lunch or breaks. As young as you are, there will be lots of guys in your life and you may be sorry later if you pass up this opportunity to advance your musical talents.
