here's what i do: i tell my mom not to buy any of the junk food, that way i can't eat any anyways because we don't have any. exercise at least 20 minutes every day. go jogging or on a walk or something can really help. have sugarless gum and mints and buy fat free stuff if you can. when you go shopping or out somewhere, park in the back of the parking lot and walk more (unless it's bad weather.) take the stairs instead of the elevators. eat lots of fruits and vegetables, and try not to eat in front of the tv, because believe it or not, when you eat in front of the tv, you don't realize how much your eating. also, fix yourself small servings whenever your eating. if you drink coke, stop drinking it, and only drink water. this will make the biggest difference of all. my friend stopped doing that and she lost 45 pounds in a few months. these small things will help a whole lot if you follow them. good luck.

Whenever you eat, sit down at the table. This will make you realize how much you are actually eating, rather than just standing up and eating. Put the food on a plate and put the rest of the bag away. Decrease the amount of sugar you take in everyday, and slowly you won't crave it as much. Keep cut up fruits and vegetables in your fridge as often as possible. When hungry, snack on these instead.

i'm sorta the same, my mum buys junk food for my brothers to devour. I purely stay far off from the pantry the place all of it is, all i do while im hungry is pass to the refrigerator and get like some celery or seize an apple from the fruit bowl, i purely think of roughly how lots greater helpful i'm going to look than my brothers while im older :)

eat 5-6 times a day (small meals) 2-3 hours between meals that will kill any hunger you will feel. The only way to stop eatting junk is to just stop. you need to want it, you cant just stop.

Keep lots of fresh fruit on hand or eat pretzels or 98% fat free popcorn if you want salty, they are all low in calories

I stopped smoking and I bet I have put on 20 pounds. Best way to stop eating is duck tape over mouth and only keep rotten food in your fridge.

Drink penty of water. also, you might not be really getting fat but it just in you're head. a good snack is a apple, or un-buttred popcorn.
