I read some of Chick publication materials about the Vatican supporting Hitler and the Nazis party during WWII. Are there any records about it online?

This is such an atrocious rumor. I would also advise you NOT to ever trust anything in a chick publication, which is basically the fundy-christian pornography of slander towards others.
The vatican was FORCED into signing a recognition of the german government as legitimate. One should also recognize that even the allied countries recognized the german government. Also, the vatican issued hundreds of thousands of falsified certificates of baptism, saving lives of jewish people at great risk. In fact, when this trick was discovered, catholics started ending up in concentration camps as well. Churches and cathedrals were also often used in transporting and hiding jewish citizens. Granted that as many as half a million catholics were exterminated similar to the jews, it's hard to believe anyone would spread such lies that the catholic church was complicit in the holocaust.
