DO not ever try any pills. Don't mess with your health. Diet pills can affect your heart and do some serious damage.
The moviestar diet is a scam. All these diets that sound too good to be true...ARE too good to be true. There is no good diet if it says it is fast. You gain it all back and double. Be wise please.

You can try www.sparkpeople.com
It is a healthy way to lose weight.
You type in how much you want to lose and by when etc...and they plan out your meals so you can achieve your goal. They have a calorie counter and everything. Plus they give you a fitness plan according to what type of exercising you like to do. The exercises can be done at home like dumbells, resistance bands & ball. You can also choose from walking, jogging,or a home video. There's many different options. It's like having a nutritionist and it is free. You also have support from the members. A real neat site. I'm quite impressed.
Enjoy!

God Bless!

Yes it matters. You must also try to eat for the nutritional vitamins and minerals your body needs. Eating Taco Bell everyday but staying within your calorie range is not going to be good for you. Try to follow the Food Pyramid and eat from the food groups while staying away from preserved and processed foods. You will loose weight and fell better and you will be doing it in a healthy way.

A calorie is a calorie is a calorie BUT you want to eat food that is healthful and will give you good benefits. Try to eat a variety of foods, especially fruits and vegetables.

If you have to have a little yummy snack, eat something like a Weight Watcher bar or snack cake.

Yea actualy its the other way around. When you eat healthy foods it doesnt matter the amount of calories. But of course you want to be reasonable. But its easy to be satisfied when you eat plenty of fruits and vegetables and a HIGH fiber diet and plenty of protein. Even if you were to eat so much that you gain weight off HEALTHY food, at least that fat wouldnt be lumpy and squishy fat like you would get if you ate garbage like fast food. But you have to eat healthy food, and no not diet products, those arent necessarily healthy, but whole foods that are minimally processed.

Yes it does! If you are staying within your calorie range but eating way too many high fat foods or foods with high amounts of sugar will only sabotage your diet. Those foods will turn into fat once eaten!

You always want to eat foods that contain enough vitamins and nutrients that are necessary to run your body properly. For health reasons it is not recommened to cut any one thing out of a diet. Everything is fine as long as its in moderation.
