both rfile it to Yahoo or the police lack of life threats or any probability of violence is a criminal offence, Yahoo will be in a position to provide the persons information to the police. all of it boils right down to how severe you're taking it, if the guy has no different information except those from YA, then like different solutions block him.

try making ur questions as clear as possible and add as many details as u can but dont make it too long either cause a lot of people are just too lazy to read it i.e ME
