Open a checking account and ask for the debit card. If you cannot for whatever reason, you can use cash.

I would assume that you are talking about online gaming. There are a lot of online gambling sites that will accept "instadebit". This is a deposit method where you do not have to have a credit, debit, or any other card. The best part about it is that there is ABSOLUTELY NO FEE for depositing this way. When you cash-out they deposit the money directly into your bank account.

One of the best casinos I have found online is Maple Casino. They offer Microgaming software and are licenced and regulated. You can read more about them and sign up here:

Pay cash or write a check or steal it or give an IOU.

To get a card:
You may also apply for a credit card, get a debit card if you have a checking account, get your parents to give you a card with your name on it, use someone else's, steal a wallet with cards in it and use them really fast.
