Yes, there are women with this same issue. It is a human issue not a male issue. My children's aunt, their fathers sister. She has always and will only date married men. I find it a very horrible and unacceptable practice. She has even made children with several of these men. One day she and I had a conversation, she knows i do not and will not ever accept this behavior however, she is a grown women. She said she likes to date married men and even conceive children, no strings attached. She does not have a commitment and does not want or need one. Very sick in my point of view. I think she is afraid to commit to one man, and finds it safe to have a relationship with a man who is not available to her for a real relationship. God bless****

I think both men and women are afraid....I think more women are just to confused with what they want. They feel that if they commit they may be losing out on something better

Women should be afraid of commitment. Women have a lot to lose from a bad marriage.

yes.. i know i am... some women are afraid of commitment because they've been hurt, and some really just don't give a ****... they just be playing with your heart. Then you got them those women who are just like alot of men out there. Their M.O: "Hit it and Quit it". As for me, I'm afraid to commit because I'm afraid of getting hurt. Being in love is all fun and **** at first, but nothing compares to getting your heart broken.

Of course women can be afraid of commitment... look a Cameron Diaz even she admits that she is afraid of commitment. it's just a myth that men dont want to commit and that women want to marry any guy they date.

Definitely. Women also can be afraid of commitment. It all comes down to if you are ready or not.. if he/she is the right person or not... is it love... Then you will know if you are ready or not.

I dont think woman are afraid of commitment as much as they are afraid of being hurt. Its a wast of a girls time to fall in love just to get hurt agian.

I am commitment-phobic, but it's because of my past experiences. I always ask myself, "Why commit to someone who is just going to leave anyway?" I unconsciously sabotage the relationship. In my head, I know they are going to abandon me anyway, so I create a bad situation so I will feel vindicated when I leave instead of them. Do unto others before they do unto you.
