my legs really hurt and all I did yesterday was dance and basketball practice,they have never hurt before. My muscles fell real tight.

You should try stretching. Sit down and put your legs straight out in front of you, bend over and try touching your toes, that should help stretch everything. Also, take advil.

leg pain is mainley caused by the siatic nerve in the lower back. it may be pinching a nerve or calcium may be bilding up in the lower back. mine got so bad , my left leg would get numb, after only walking a block, an would have to sit down untill the circulation returned. the muscles being tight, is normal when ur exercising. but if this is the first time, please see ur dr. soon as possable to see what treatmenthe perferes. i hope u feel better. god bless

im a dancer too and a get that when ive really strecthed alot and worked my butt off. the only cure is the cause basically doing what you did to make them hurt and that will stay in your muscle memory.

did you stretch before? sometimes when you don't stretch before doing something like that you'll feel tight the next day...take some advil or ibuprofen and stretch your legs...hope you feel better :)

Ibuprofen and ice. They need to rest.
