Are there any websites that tell the pros and cons on a bunch of cat foods or even maybe a homemade diet. ITs for my Cat 4-H project

The veterinarian at www.catinfo.org has information on raw diets. Dr. Jean Hofve at www.littlebigcat.com has an article on "Easy Homemade Diets for Cats and Dogs", also one titled "Selecting a Good Commercial Pet Food" which gives guidelines on evaluation of commercial foods.

Well I don't know any websites but I have four cats and know quite a bit about what is bad and good for them.
Some bad thjings to give them is cat FISHflavoured food!
They can really get a cat sick. My poor cat, Smoky got sick A LOT and all over the floor. He was losing hair and he got limph notes from it, too. My other cat, Higgins had bloddy stools and he also got sick.
Also stay way from milk. It gives them scours (runny poops) and that can dehydrate them and possibly kill them.
And something obvious is human food! It can make them very fat.
If I were you Id give them poultry flavoured foods. Since my cats have benn eating it they have gotton to the right weights they need to be and Smoky and Higgins havn't gotton sick since then! (But poor Higgins has a swollen lip. We think it's infected.)

lol, ur cat is become garfield huh? well feed it less and give it some human fruits. if that doesnt work call the vet. i know that they will tell u for sure. they know everything about any animals!
