first of you can't sound or act desprite. try casually talking to her and if you like her and you think that she might like you too then try asking her to a movie. if that helps then try asking her to dinner. if you really think things are going well try talking to her about the subject. dont just rush right into it and suprise her if you aren't completely sure, cuz that will put you into an akward place. if you do like each other then try saming something like... you know, things between us are going really well, and i was thinking that maybe we can take our relationship can move a step foward. then if you can take her by the hands and tell her how you feel if you really want to-but i wouldnt suggest do that last part unless you are 100% sure she feels the same way, because that can probably confuse her. and if you are 100% sure than go ahed and tell her, she might be silent for a little while because she's either thinking or she might want to tell you the samething.
but don't push anything on a girl esp. right out of nowhere, cuz that right there can scare her.
and good luck!

Ignore the guys comments, they only know how their relationships have gone, so if you want a GF then...
1) Decide before, is it long term on a summer fling you want?
2) Girls like guys who keep theselves looking nice and who make the first move.
3) Girls don't like LIARS!!!
4) Be yourself, if she doesn't like you for you why is it worth faking you the rest of your life.
I know IT SOUNDS CHEESY, but from a girls perspective truthfullness and long lasting relationships are what make a happy ever after.

How? Did you know there are more young women out there than young men? Go out on a Saturday night and introduce yourself.
If all else fails sign up with a Make Over specialist who will teach you how to present yourself to members of the opposite sex.

Best way is to have a common interest you share to break the ice. That lets you talk about something legitimately; and chances are you'll find you have many other interests in common as well. Try setting up a time to meet to participate in one of your common interests. If it goes well, maybe invite her to dinner and a movie... Good luck!
