theres this guy named justin and i really like him and i noticed that he stares at me in ever class i have with him at least once a day and his friends do to and when i stare back at him he turns his head really cutely but he has a girlfriend and he says on her myspace i love you baby and on his binder it says i love hailey and he knows i like me and he told my friend on IM that he would never flirt with another girl..... today i finnaly got the nerve to talk to him about this teacher getting fired when i talked to him i noticed that he didnt really look at me in the eye he looked at his binder and occasionnaly he would glance up so does he like me i really dont want to ask him

Even if he does like you, it sounds like he likes his girlfriend more. Sorry to say that I don't think he is going to dump his girlfriend to go with you...if that was his plan, he would have done it already. I think you need to find someone that is not going out with someone else and forget about this guy...

I would have to ask a few questions...Is this kid popular? Does he have a lot of girls like you who like him. If he is in deed popular than he could like you. I'd say it all depends on the fashion that he was showing you the I love Hailey. If it's like a... "don't tempt me b/c although i like you, im going out already" kinda thing then he likes you. Otherwise your probably just getting mixed signals. I notice that if i like someone, everthing they do makes me think they like me. Make sure thats not the only evidence you have.

sounds like he likes you, but maybe feels guilty about it, or is shy. i have learned one thing though when u want someone that is hooked up and cheats on that person then they'll more than likely do it to you. so if i were you i would n't try anything until he's single.

don't ask him out or do anything.when he looked at his binder he was probably telling you that he has a girlfriend and wants to stay with her.

have a little more time to spend with him make sure he really likes you if not then just be his friend. dont just go up to him you might make your self look like a fool.

He's dating someone else. If he liked you better, he would dump her and date you. Right now, he hasn't done that, so you need to assume that he likes HER better. Find someone else; this one's off-limits.
