Yes in 1988 my son was 6 at the time and he remembers him. The funniest time when he was alive, my son followed him to the bathroom....he said Paw u have a biggg one. LOL I miss him terribly I talk to him everyday. Just remember the good days like mine with my dad. I have a video of him when my son was 2. It's something I will always treasure. You'll get through it, Pray.

I am so sorry for your loss.
The dad that raised me passed away this past August and the mom that raised me passed away 7 years ago as of this coming January. My dad had Parkinson's and senile dementia and was in a nursing home.
My biological father, tho, is still alive. I keep in close cntact with him.

My adoptive father is still alive... But my biological half brothers father passed away two years ago from a heart attack. My cousins father ( my uncle) passed away 5 weeks before he was to be released from prison being in there for 12 years.

I'm so so sorry for your loss and pain. May God wrap his arms around you and help hold you together.
My dad is still alive, but I have lost my mom. I think of her alot, and I'm 50 years old!
We love more deeply than we realize at many times.
Hold on tight for a ride that will seem going downhill a bit.
But hold on to his memories sweety. Talk to him. Share with him.

No my father is still alive. He is 74.
