You should exercise some more, and have a healthy diet. You can try lifting weights, because when you gain muscle, even when you're sitting down, your muscles burn fat. It's a nice cycle. You can also try pilates, yoga, dancing, anything to get you moving.

It's hard to say without looking at you. People with a lot of muscle mass may weigh more on the scale but actually look smaller, since muscle takes up less room than fat. If you really feel you need to loose weight just follow a sensible diet and exercise.

I am 5 foot 7 and wish I weighed 150.
If you really want to loose weight just adjust you eating to fit you body(if your athletic-more carbs and exercise, if your lazy-more green vegetables, white meat like chicken or fish and plenty of exercise whether you like it or not!)
look up some diets because some of them will give you similar advice.

no. but what age?...im guessing middle schoolish. i am tooo. thats not fat but it wouldn't hurt to lose about 15 pounds to stay healthy.
EAt fresh fruit and so on. only drink water.
