Different cultures have different food. Muslims in Pakistan have many types of sweets that they make in Ramadan, as do Turkish Muslims with their baklava and all, and Muslims in Malaysia have their ketupat and dodol.
All those stuff are non-meat food, but none of them are Islamic since there is no such thing as Muslim food, as there are no Christian food. Food are all cultural, and Muslims comprised of dozens of cultures around the world.

Date fruits are popular and have some religious significance. The food for Ramadan varies according to culture, but dates are pretty universal. The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) loved dates, they were his favorite.

yeah..Muslims dont eat Pork or anything with pig
I think samosas are a nice idea...you can find the recipe in it online or in a book or just ask someone...or you can buy it from an Indian store..
Or you can bring Biryani (rice)...it tastes pretty good..you can also find the recipe online, in a book, or from someone else....they also have catering for that at stores

This is actually very easy, because so many cultures celebrate ramadan. You may want to focus on one culture then. Otherwise, any vegie food is fine.
