This an update to my last two questions, just for everyone who helped me out. It turns out, it wasn't parvo or depression, it was the later stages of heartworm D:

Luckily, he has an 80 % of living, if we did the treatment. I was afriad we were going to have to put him to sleep, but my parents decided to go ahead with the $700 treatment. We have him on steroids, antibiotics, and dewormer (Hookworms aswell) and having to surrenge feed him.

We are starting the treatment next week, and it will take as long as three months to complete. Wish him luck!

Wow, reading this makes me glad that I invested in heartguard, granted over time the prevention will probably end up costing more than any cure, BUT its over time and saves my dogs suffering and me a lump sum vet bill!

I'm glad your dog will be getting better!

Heartworms are much more easy to prevent than treat. Good luck with the dog.

what a shame, all dogs should be on heartworm meds all year round. Heartguard heartworm medicine is one of the best
and the one of the cheapest. good luck
