also if u drink like 2 cups of coffee everyday do u put on weight?//

Coffee is actually good for your health. Two cups is just fine, i am a barista and you cannot gain weight from coffee. it is zero calories. I'm talking about drip coffee. If you put in alot of cream or sugar, that will be more calories, but flavored coffee and regular coffee just black is a ok! Thank God right?! Lattes and Mochas all have syrups and steamed milk in them that definatly tack on the calories, but they are a fun treat. Coffee can be addicting, trust me i know this. I have 3 cups a day at least, however, my tolerance level is quite high, so just beware of addiction. Hope this helps

As long a you exercise regularly at least 3 times a week and do CV for 20Min's and use weights for up to 1 hr, you would not need to ask does coffee put on weight. As you could drink gallons as your metabolic rate would of speeded up you would find it hard to put on weight, I do.

Unless you suffer from osteoporosis, coffee can protect you from some ailments. It lowers your risk of type 2 diabetes and may protect your liver from damage,as well as protect you from Parkinson's and gallstones. It has a ton of antioxidants because coffee is a berry(it has more antioxidants than red wine).As others have said,tho, take it easy on the cream, sugar and such!

it's harmless unless you consume mass quantities. 2 cups a day is fine. and no coffee does not make you put on weight.

some small amounts of coffee will not add weight.

A lot of coffee (or red bull or similar) will aid an early heart attack

go easy on the caffeine!! ??? take care!!!

Like most things it's ok in moderation.

Re put on wieght - if you have latte with full milk then yes! so do exercise

Not bad. Actually good for you, in moderation.

If you use lots of cream and sugar, you'll be adding calories. If you drink it black, zero calories.
