i am on a very strick diet! do you know any good easy recipes they cant have more than 200 calories and less than 20 g of fat no fat would be best i can only eat 30 g per day and 500 calories so they have to be really healthy!

500 calories? What kind of diet is that? You really shouldnt eat less then 1200 calories a day. Your body is going to think its starving. (which it is!!!)

500 calories is not healthy, so find a new diet
