Go up and talk with her. If you are stuck on how tall she is, then that is a problem that you need to get over if you want to date her, or else you may lose out on being with someone that may be that special one. Don't let a hang up of a girl being your height or whatever stoip you from asking them out. If you do that, then (in my opinion) you have problems and are kind of vain. But, that's just my opinion.

Go up and have a respectful conversation with her. don't go up in front of a girl and say whats up short'y . some girls get tired of guys saying that all the time.

ask her out, silly!! Even if she's taller than you in heels, its ok. All your friends will admire you if you're with " that hot tall girl". GO for it!!!
