Welcome back!
A Catholic attends Mass every Sunday and Holy Day of Obligation (including Friday December 8, the Feast of the Immaculate Conception). Some Catholic attend Mass daily.
A Catholic receives the Sacrament of Reconciliation (Confession) at least once a year and as often as he or she feels is necessary.

You can keep the Sabbath Holy by attending mass Saturday evenings or on Sundays. Most parishes offer Reconciliation on
Saturday afternoons (3PM - the hour of mercy). OR, if you prefer, you can call your parish priest and schedule an appointment for Reconciliation sometime during the week.
From this point, just remember to go to attend mass once a week and receive confession at least once a year (preferably sometime between Ash Wednesday and Pentecost Sunday).

The church requires Mass attendance every Sunday and on a half dozen Holy Days. Confession is required once a year. But these are church rules, not Biblical ones. Confess when you feel guilty or alienated from God. Go to Mass as often as you want to.

God bless you.
The rule is you are required to go to Mass at least once a year, preferrably on Easter. You are also required to go to confession once a year (obviously before you go to Mass so that you can receive the Blessed Sacrament).
I would also encourage you to study the Faith. I received the Sacrament of Confirmation on May 15, 2005. I have been studying the Catholic faith ever since, and I have found the answers to most everything I've ever struggled with. I used to attend Mass once a year, if I felt like it. After I was confirmed, I go every Sunday. I love and adore the Mass.
Study the Faith. Emerse yourself in a devoted prayer life.
You've made Jesus' heart sing. God bless you.

Once a week, but to receive Jesus Body Blood Soul and Divinity as often as you are able.
Daily Mass is a great way to grow in Christ!
Confess you sins as often as necessary to break the behavior. Once a month is a good routine to check your progress in Christ.
Examine your actions and conscience daily in your morning and evening prayers.
God Bless.

you should attend every sunday(saturday evening is also acceptable). if you are able to attend during the week then by all means go. if you miss a service it should be for a legitamate reason and should be confessed when you go. for confession, once a week is cool but you can go atleast once a year is the obligation, this allows you to partake of the eucharist. however if you are aware of a mortal sin then you should confess as soon as possible, this is very important. to understand more scripturecatholic.com and ewtn.com are very helpful websites. welcome back to your faith and god bless. hope this helped.

It is always best to confess your sins, but not to some man or priest in a box. God deserves to hear your apologetic heart. He is the one to whom your sins are commited against. Pray and ask Him for forgiveness and He will forget them. You are always cleansed white as snow as long as you've accepted Him as your personal Lord and Saviour. Have you done that? Do it today!

No offense to anyone but I hope you think long and hard before associating with the Catholic church. I was raised Catholic and I know something about how corrupt and evil that organization is. If you read the papers in recent years you know something about the pedophilia scandals. The Catholic church had practically institutionalized child abuse and the Vatican and the bishops did all they could to cover it up. I'm not saying that there are no honorable Catholics but the institution is broken and to this day the leadership has done little to fix it. I suggest that you can do better than the Catholic church.
