In this day and age, it'll be difficult to find a girl who isn't addicted to the internet. In the same sense, it's difficult to find a guy who isn't addicted to it either. Hence, the rise of internet cafes.

Obviously, since that isn't what you are looking for, try going to laundromats. I read once that approximately 85% of singles now meet in laundromats. And of that 85%, something like 50% of those relationships wound up in marriage. So, I guess it's worth a shot.

I understand the Amish community in America live much as they did in the 1700/1800's. They don't have electricity, none of them therefore will have a computer so that is your answer. Other suggestions are in prison and houses where the electricityhas been cut off.

An Amish community. There is no one place to find that. Just meet a lot of people and ask them right after you say hi, that way you don't waste anyone's time.

If you're in school, class, maybe. The library, the workplace, the book store, the grocery store, bars/clubs, sporting events, concerts, you name it - the possibilities are endless.

One thing's for sure, though. You won't find "her" on the internet, i.e., here. ;)
