sounds like a lack of parenting to me. you should try talking to her first, but make sure you have a plan and possibly a solution. being neighborly is sometimes hard, but just be assertive, don't avoid it...

You just come out and tell her.
Or you could tell her husband if you don't want to confront her directly ... I'm assuming she has one since she's a pastor with children.
But if she's "not so friendly" anyway, you might need to find a new church. Then you would just be neighbors and it wouldn't be as much of a problem to call her children little monsters.
BTW, the police should have been called when the kid egged your house. That would have given her a shock and maybe opened her eyes to how her kids SHOULD be behaving as the children of a pastor especially, versus how they really ARE behaving.

If she is a church leader, she shouldn't be setting that sort of example. If you don't want legal trouble, bring up the problem to your pastor or some church leader. If you don't care, call the police on her.

If she's the leader of the church, she's most likely won't listen to you that "her angels" are doing those things. I would call the police if you see them egging your house. Maybe that will finally get her attention.

Just be staightforward and honest! I think alot of kids these days get away with so much because the parents are unaware of their children's behaviour.
I am sure the kids realize you haven't said anything yet and that is why your problems continue. Really do you want it to continue? I know if it were my kids I would want to know for sure!
Good luck....don't worry I am sure it will all work out for the best.

The police can easily do that, but if you don't want to, get go up to her it's as easy as ordering a coke, go to her and tell her what her children do. If she does nothing and denies it, follow with a police report telling the police you have told her about this and she refuses to do anything.

Well, don't egg her house in retaliation. Go directly to her, state your concerns in a civil tone. If she hems and haws, tell her matter-of-factly that you are going to file a police report.
