You need to have your doctor check you out. This may or may not be normal. There are lots of symptoms that are quite similar and some are harmless, others are not.

One word: asthma. Asthma (pronounced az-MA) makes you feel kind of wheezy after you exercise or get active. If you have "panic attacks", it's probably because you're having an asthma attack. You should immediately talk to your doctor and ask about asthma and getting an inhaler. This stops it temporarly, and I'm not sure how long it lasts. Good luck and I hope this helps!

it could be exercise enduced asthma. or maybe you just need to practice breathing techniques. your doctor can do tests to figure it out. if you are just starting to run..... this is normal and you need to develop fitness level so it goes away over time. you better not be smoking either!!!

when you run, try to breath in through you nose and out through your mouth. and slow your pace down. basically what's happening is your body cannot process as much oxygen as you need at the pace you are running. slow down until you can get used to it.
