Who painted the art for the WW2 era ads with colorful surreal painted ship art with huge wings on the sides of ships

Here is one for sale, you could go to this site, and send the question to the sellers Contact Us mail button.

I see a name just under the picture, but that is probably the photo. I blew it up in a photo software, but still cannot read it. It looks like 'Justin Museum, LA' to me, but that does not make sense.
