Fruits high in Antioxidants tend to be high in other vitamins as well. Berries, citrus and most tropical fruits are good for blood pressure and immunity.
Many Tropical fruit like Guava and Mangoes are really high in B vitamins which help with you energy level.

Any fruit but banana's especially because of the potassium in them. The potassium level in any food that you eat should be more than twice the sodium level. That is the way your body is designed to work best.

Blueberries are amongst the world's "superfoods", so I'm going with blueberries...plus they are YUMMY! Pomegranates are very good for women apparently too.

apples, they have the most nutrients, vitamins and fibre contained within them (must eat the skin though to get all that an apple offers)
