Fresh Juices with plenty of ginger... Dont suppose you have a juicer cause you could also juice down some veggies as they are rich in antioxidants... Also try a pomegranate as they have the most antioxidants in them and I a pretty sure they are in season right now... Surely there maybe a cold and flu fighter...i usually take "Ease a flu" and they realy help calm things down. Hope you feel better xxx

Cold-Eeze lozenges as directed
Sambucol or Elderberry with Vitamin C by Natrol may help.
Start Taking vitamin c 1000 mg every 4 hours while awake.
Drink lots of water. Gargle 3-4x daily with Listerine or Peroxyl (Peroxyl tastes better).
Oscillococcinium helps some people.

People with the flu are advised to get plenty of rest, drink a lot of liquids, avoid using alcohol and tobacco (bummer) and, if necessary, take medications such as paracetamol to relieve the fever and muscle aches associated with the flu.

Absolutely!!! Go directly to the drug store and talk to the pharmacist. There are all kinds of products to stop colds and the flu. You have to catch them early and you may still get it, but you will get a milder case. Also, if you haven't gotten a flu shot yet, you may want to get one when you make sure you are feeling better.

I am no doctor, but the best thing to do is drink a lot of fluids to keep your electrolytes at a good level, and get plenty of rest. Also you should take these pills called airborne which help nip these little colds in the bud.
